Activating your Account

Once you’ve been invited to the system, keep an eye on your inbox.

You’ll receive two emails: a welcome/onboarding message from our team and an account activation email.

If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder — they can sometimes end up there

⚠️ Account activation links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, please contact your administrator to create a new account.

These messages will guide you through activating your account and accessing the IoT Pro Cloud Platform, so you can get started quickly and with confidence.

Below is a step-by-step guide to setting up your account, bookmarking the platform, and saving your IoT Pro Cloud login details — making future access quick, easy, and seamless.

How to Activate Your Account

  1. Open the account activation email you received.

  2. Click the Activate Your Account button.

  3. You will be redirected to the IoT Pro Cloud Platform.

  4. Create and confirm a password for your new account.

  5. Make sure you remember your password or keep it saved temporarily

    1. Follow the Saving Your Password guide to store it securely and have your login details filled in automatically for future logins.

  6. After setting your password, you’ll be taken to the Live Map of the IoT Pro platform.
