Activating your Account
Once you’ve been invited to the system, keep an eye on your inbox.
You’ll receive two emails: a welcome/onboarding message from IoT Solutions administration and an automated account activation email.
If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder — they can sometimes end up there
⚠️ Account activation links expire after 24 hours from generation for security purposes. If yours has expired, please contact IoT Solutions administration via email on service@iotsolutions.com.mt to create a new account.

These messages will guide you through activating your account and accessing the IoT Pro Cloud Platform, so you can get started quickly and with confidence.
Below is a step-by-step guide to setting up your account, bookmarking the platform, and saving your IoT Pro Cloud login details — making future access quick, easy, and seamless.
How to Activate Your Account
Supported Devices
This guide works on mobile (Android/iOS) and desktop (Windows/Mac).
Android users: ensure Google Chrome is installed.
Step 1: Open the Account Activation Email
Open the account activation email you received.
The email you need will look like the screenshot above.
Step 2: Click Activate Your Account
Click the Activate Your Account button in the email.
Step 3: Access IoT Pro Cloud Platform
You’ll be redirected to the IoT Pro Cloud Platform’s create password page.

Step 4: Create Your Password
Set and confirm a password for your new account.
Requirement: Your password must be at least 8 characters and include both letters and numbers.
⚠️ Warning: If prompted to save your password, choose:
Google Chrome: No Thanks
Microsoft Edge: Not Now
Safari: Not Now

Step 5: View the Live Map
After setting your password, you’ll be taken to the Live Map.
If no installations have been carried out the live map will show empty and grey like the above. If installations have already been carried out the live map will show the assets like the below.

Step 6: Log Out
Click the three-dot menu at the top right and select Logout.
