Invite New User

Step 1: Navigate to the Users Page

  • Click the Users button in the sidebar navigation menu.

  • This will take you to the Users management page





Step 2: Scroll to the “Create New User” Form

  • Scroll down to find the Create New User form













Step 3: Fill in the Required Details

  • In the form, enter the following information:

Field

Description

First Name

The user’s given name

Last Name

The user’s family name

User Email

The user’s valid email address (used for login & notifications)

Access Level

Select the appropriate permission level for the user

Country Code

The international dialing code (e.g., +1, +44, +356)

Mobile Number

The user’s phone number (without country code)

Organization

The name of the user’s organization or department

Dashboard Permissions

Choose which dashboards or reports the user can access

Step 4: Create the user

  • Once all fields are completed, click the Create User button at the bottom of the form.

  • You should see a confirmation message once the user has been successfully created.
