Invite New User
Step 1: Navigate to the Users Page
Click the Users button in the sidebar navigation menu.
This will take you to the Users management page

Step 2: Scroll to the “Create New User” Form
Scroll down to find the Create New User form

Step 3: Fill in the Required Details
In the form, enter the following information:
Field | Description |

First Name | The user’s given name |
Last Name | The user’s family name |
User Email | The user’s valid email address (used for login & notifications) |
Access Level | Select the appropriate permission level for the user |
Country Code | The international dialing code (e.g., +1, +44, +356) |
Mobile Number | The user’s phone number (without country code) |
Organization | The name of the user’s organization or department |
Dashboard Permissions | Choose which dashboards or reports the user can access |

Step 4: Create the user
Once all fields are completed, click the Create User button at the bottom of the form.
You should see a confirmation message once the user has been successfully created.
