Once you have your Username and Password, click the link in the email to head straight to the IoT Pro Cloud platform — or jump right in via this link.
⭐ Bookmarking the Platform
🔖 Bookmarks Bar Shortcut
Adding the IOT Pro Platform to your bookmarks bar means you're just one click away from logging in — no need to remember a URL or search for it each time.
Step 1: Click the Bookmark Icon
In your browser's address bar, look for the ⭐ star icon on the right side and click it.

Step 2: Name the Bookmark
A small window will appear. Enter a name for the bookmark — something like "IOT Pro Platform" works great.
Then make sure Bookmarks Bar is selected as the save location.

Step 3: Save the Bookmark
Click Done to save it.
Your bookmark will now appear just below the address bar for quick, one-click access to the IOT Pro Platform anytime you need it.

📌 Taskbar Shortcut
Pinning the platform to your taskbar means you're just one click away — no hunting for URLs or bookmarks needed!
Step 1: Open the Browser Menu
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of your browser.

Step 2: Select Create Shortcut
Select Cast, save, and share, then click Create Shortcut.

Step 3: Name your Shortcut
Give your shortcut a name — "IoT Pro Platform" works perfectly — then click Create.

Step 4: Finding your New Shortcut
A folder will open showing where the shortcut was saved.
You'll also find it sitting on your Desktop.

Simply drag the shortcut to your taskbar and you're all set — one-click access to IoT Pro Platform whenever you need it! 🎉

🔐 Logging in & Saving Credentials
Saving your credentials means your browser will automatically fill in your username and password every time you visit — making future logins a breeze!
If you already have an existing account on the Tracking platform and would like to update your IoT Pro account to utilize the same password, please follow the Updating Your Password guide below
Step 1: Log in
Head to the IoT Pro Platform login page and enter the Username and Password from your onboarding email.

Step 2: Saving Credentials
Once logged in, a small prompt will appear in the top-right corner of your browser asking if you'd like to save your password.
Click Save — and you're all done!
Tip: With your credentials saved, your browser will autofill your login details every time you return — no need to remember a thing!

🔑 Updating Your Password
Step 1: Log In
If you're not already logged in, head to the IoT Pro Platform login page and sign in with your current credentials.

Step 2: Open Account Settings
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Account.

Step 3: Go to Security
In the navigation bar at the top of the page, select the Security tab.

Step 4: Enter Your Password Details
Under the Change Password section, enter your current password, followed by your new password.
Confirm it once more, then click Change Password.

Step 5: Save Your New Password
A prompt will appear in the top-right corner of your browser — click Update Password to make sure your saved credentials stay up to date!.
Tip: After changing your password, your browser will ask to update your saved credentials — don't skip this step or autofill won't work next time!

❓ Forgot Password
No worries — resetting it only takes a minute!
Step 1: Head to the Login Page
Visit the IoT Pro Login page.

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"
At the bottom-right of the login form, click Forgot Password.

Step 3: Request Password Reset
Enter the email address linked to your account, then click Request Password Reset.

Step 4: Find Password Reset Email
You'll receive an automated password reset email shortly. Open it and click Reset Password.

Step 5: Set Your New Password
You'll be taken to the password reset form. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.

Step 6: Save Your Updated Credentials
Once redirected back to the login page, a small prompt will appear in the top-right corner of your browser asking if you'd like to update your saved password. Make sure to click Update Password to keep your autofill up to date!
Tip: Choose a strong, memorable password — and don't forget to save it when prompted!

💾 Manually Save your Login Credentials
Sometimes your browser may not automatically prompt you to save your credentials — but don't worry, you can always do it manually! Once saved, your browser will autofill your login details every time you visit, so signing in is quick and effortless.
Step 1: Open the Browser Menu

Select Passwords and autofill, then click Google Password Manager.

Step 1: Add a New Login
Click Add to create a new saved password.

Fill in the form with your IoT Pro account details, then click Save.

Notes (optional): Add any notes if needed

Next time you visit the IoT Pro login page, your details will be filled in automatically — just click Log In! 🎉

✏️ Modifying Credentials
Step 1: Find Your Saved Credentials
Use the search bar at the top of the Google Password Manager page to search for iotsolutions.com.mt and open it.
Step 2: Edit Your Credentials
Click the Edit button to open your saved login details.
Step 3: Update Your Details
Make any changes to your username, password, or notes, then click Save to apply them.
Step 4: All Updated!
Next time you visit the IoT Pro login page, your updated credentials will be filled in automatically — just click Log In! 🎉
