Bulk Apply Alerts
Overview
Bulk applying alerts is useful when onboarding new assets, standardizing monitoring rules, or updating alert thresholds across an entire fleet. By using templates, you can maintain uniform settings, reduce the risk of configuration errors, and quickly implement changes when operational requirements evolve.
The Bulk Apply Alerts feature is a powerful tool designed to streamline alert configuration across your assets.
Instead of configuring alert settings individually, this feature allows you to select a saved Alert Template and apply it to multiple assets at the same time. This ensures consistent alert behavior across your devices while significantly reducing setup time and manual effort.
The Bulk Apply Alerts page guides you through selecting a template and choosing the assets you want to update, making large-scale configuration simple and efficient.

How to Bulk Apply Alerts
1. Open the Form
Click the button in the top-right corner of the table to open the Bulk Alarm Settings form.

2. Select an Alarm Profile
Use the Alarm Profile dropdown to select the asset profile for the assets you want to apply an alert template to.

3. Select an Alert Template
Use the Template dropdown to select the saved template you want to apply.

4. Select the Assets to Update
In the asset list below, select all the assets you want to apply the alert template to.

5. Apply the Template
After selecting the assets, click Next.
The alert template will then be automatically applied to all selected assets.
