Apple Mobile App
This guide applies to the IoT Pro mobile app on iOS devices.
After being invited, you will receive a welcome email from IoT Solutions with your IoT Pro login details.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Keep the following details from the email ready before opening the app:
Username: your IoT Pro account email address
Temporary Password: the password provided in the welcome email
For security, update your temporary password after your first login.
Download the Mobile App
Open the mobile app download link provided by IoT Solutions and follow the installation prompts on your iPhone.
When the installation is complete, the IoT Pro icon will appear on your Home Screen. Tap the icon to open the app.

Save Credentials
Saving your credentials allows iOS to fill in your username and password automatically the next time you open the app.
Step 1: Enter Your Login Details
Open the IoT Pro app and enter the Username and Password from your welcome email.

Step 2: Log In
Tap Login.

Step 3: Save the Password
When iOS asks if you want to save the password, tap Save.

Update Password
You can update your password from inside the app after logging in. If you cannot log in, use the Forgot Password steps below instead.
Change Password While Logged In
Step 1: Open Account Settings
From the main app screen, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Account.

Step 2: Open Security
Tap the Security tab.

Step 3: Enter the New Password
Enter your Current password, your New password, and confirm the new password.
Tap Change Password to save the change.

Step 4: Update the Saved Password
Next time when logging in use the new password and iOS will asks if you want to update the saved password, tap Update.

If you tap Not Now, iOS may continue filling in your old password. Update the saved password manually or sign in again and choose Update when prompted.
Forgot Password
Use these steps if you cannot log in or do not know your current password.
Step 1: Open Forgot Password
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?

Step 2: Request a Password Reset
Enter your IoT Pro account email address and tap Request Password Reset.

Step 3: Open the Reset Email
Open the password reset email and tap Reset Password.

Step 4: Choose Where to Open the Link
If iOS asks which app should open the reset link, choose your preferred browser or the default browser option.

Step 5: Set the New Password
Enter and confirm your new password, then tap Reset Password.

Step 6: Save the Browser Password
After resetting the password in the browser, iOS may ask if you want to save the password.
This saved password is for the browser reset page, not the IoT Pro app.

Step 7: Return to the App
Open the IoT Pro app again and log in with your username and the new password you just created.
Step 8: Update the App Saved Password
After entering the new password iOS asks if you want to update the saved password for the app, tap Update.

Clear Cache
iOS does not provide a separate cache-clearing button for this app. To clear the app cache and local app data, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Step 1: Remove the App
On the Home Screen, touch and hold the IoT Pro app icon.
Tap Remove App, then tap Delete App to confirm.
Step 2: Reinstall the App
Open the mobile app download link provided by IoT Solutions again and reinstall the app.
Step 3: Log In Again
Open IoT Pro and sign in with your current username and password.
Uninstalling the app clears local app data. Saved passwords may remain in iOS Passwords/iCloud Keychain unless you remove or update them separately.
