Once you have your Username and Password, click the link in the email to head straight to the IoT Pro Cloud platform — or jump right in via this link.

⭐ Bookmarking the Platform

Follow these steps to bookmark the IoT Pro Platform on the Home Screen of your iOS device for easy access

Step 1: Open the Browser Menu

Open the IoT Pro Platform in your mobile browser and tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner.






















Step 2: Open the Share Menu

Tap Share from the available options.





















Step 3: View More Options

Tap View More to display additional actions.

Step 4: Add to Home Screen

Tap Add to Home Screen — the IoT Pro Platform will now appear on your Home Screen for one-tap access anytime! 🎉

🔐 Logging in & Saving Credentials

Saving your credentials means your browser will automatically fill in your username and password every time you visit — making future logins a breeze!

If you already have an existing account on the Tracking platform and would like to update your IoT Pro account to utilize the same password, please follow the Updating Your Password guide below

Step 1: Log In

Head to the IoT Pro Platform login page and enter the Username and Password from your onboarding email.





















Step 2: Save Your Credentials

Once logged in, a small prompt will appear in the center of your browser asking if you'd like to save your password.
Click Save — and you're all done!





















Step 3: You're All Set! 🎉

Next time you visit the login page, a prompt will appear at the bottom of your screen offering to autofill your credentials — just confirm and you're in, no typing needed!

Tip: With your credentials saved, your browser will autofill your login details every time you return — no need to remember a thing!





♻️ Changing & Updating Password

🔑 Updating Your Password

Step 1: Log In

If you're not already logged in, head to the IoT Pro Platform login page and sign in with your current credentials.





















Step 2: Open Account Settings

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Account.




















Step 3: Go to Security

In the navigation bar at the top of the page, select the Security tab.




















Step 4: Enter Your Password Details

Under the Change Password section, enter your current password, followed by your new password.
Confirm it once more, then click Change Password.

To update your saved login details after changing your password, follow the Modifying Credentials guide below.



















❓ Forgot Password

No worries — resetting it only takes a minute!

Step 1: Head to the Login Page

Visit the IoT Pro Login page.



















Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

At the bottom-right of the login form, tap Forgot Password.




















Step 3: Request a Password Reset

Enter the email address linked to your account, then tap Request Password Reset.




















Step 4: Check Your Email

You'll receive an automated password reset email shortly. Open it and tap Reset Password.





















Step 5: Set Your New Password

You'll be taken to the password reset form. Enter and confirm your new password, then tap Reset Password.

Tip: Choose a strong, memorable password — and don't forget to save it when prompted!





















Step 6: Save Your Updated Credentials

Once redirected back to the login page, a prompt will appear asking if you'd like to update your saved password.
Make sure to tap Save to keep your autofill up to date! 🎉

💾 Manually Save your Login Credentials

Sometimes your browser may not automatically prompt you to save your credentials — but don't worry, you can always do it manually! Once saved, your device will autofill your login details every time you visit, so signing in is quick and effortless.

Step 1: Open the Passwords App

Search for and open the Passwords app on your device.





















➕ Creating Credentials

Step 1: Open the Add Form

Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.





















Step 2: Enter Your Login Details

Fill in the form with your IoT Pro account details, then tap Save in the top-right corner.





















Step 3: You're All Set!

Next time you visit the IoT Pro login page, tap the Username or Password field.
When prompted, tap Fill Password to autofill your details, then tap Log In! 🎉





















✏️ Modifying Credentials

Step 1: Find Your Saved Credentials

Using the search bar at the bottom of the screen, search for and open iotpro.iotsolutions.com.mt.





















Step 2: Open the Edit Form

Tap the Edit button to open your saved login details.





















Step 3: Update Your Details

Make any necessary changes to your username or password, then tap Confirm in the top-right corner to save them.





















Step 4: All Updated!

Next time you visit the IoT Pro login page, tap the Username or Password field.
When prompted, tap Fill Password to autofill your details, then tap Log In! 🎉
