Once you have your Username and Password, click the link in the email to head straight to the IoT Pro Cloud platform β or jump right in via this link.
β Bookmarking the Platform
Follow these steps to add the IoT Pro Platform to your Android Home Screen for quick, easy access!
Step 1: Open the Browser Menu
Open the IoT Pro Platform in your mobile browser and tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Add to Home Screen
Tap Add to Home Screen.

Step 3: Name the Shortcut
Enter a name for the shortcut β or keep the default β then tap Add.

Step 4: You're All Set! π
The shortcut will now appear on your Home Screen, so you can open the IoT Pro Platform instantly without typing in the address!

π Logging in & Saving Credentials
Saving your credentials means your browser will automatically fill in your username and password every time you visit β making future logins a breeze!
If you already have an existing account on the Tracking platform and would like to update your IoT Pro account to utilize the same password, please follow the Updating Your Password guide below
Step 1: Log in
Head to the IoT Pro Platform login page and enter the Username and Password from your onboarding email.
Step 2: Saving Credentials
Once logged in, a small prompt will appear in the top-right corner of your browser asking if you'd like to save your password.
Tap Save β and you're all done!
Tip: With your credentials saved, your browser will autofill your login details every time you return β no need to remember a thing!

π Updating Your Password
Step 1: Log In
If you're not already logged in, head to the IoT Pro Platform login page and sign in with your current credentials.
Step 2: Open Account Settings
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Account.
Step 3: Go to Security
In the navigation bar at the top of the page, select the Security tab.
Step 4: Enter Your Password Details
Under the Change Password section, enter your current password, followed by your new password.
Confirm it once more, then tap Change Password.
To update your saved login details after changing your password, follow the Modifying Credentials guide below.
β Forgot Password
No worries β resetting it only takes a minute!
Step 1: Head to the Login Page
Visit the IoT Pro Login page.
Step 2: Tap "Forgot Password"
At the bottom-right of the login form, tap Forgot Password.
Step 3: Request a Password Reset
Enter the email address linked to your account, then tap Request Password Reset.
Step 4: Check Your Email
You'll receive an automated password reset email shortly. Open it and tap Reset Password.
Step 5: Set Your New Password
You'll be taken to the password reset form. Enter and confirm your new password, then tap Reset Password.
Tip: Choose a strong, memorable password β and don't forget to save it when prompted!
Step 6: Save Your Updated Credentials
Once redirected back to the login page, a prompt will appear in the top-right corner of your browser.
Tap Continue to proceed.
Step 7: Confirm Your New Credentials
A popup will appear showing your updated details β review them and make any changes if needed. Once everything looks good, tap Update and your credentials will be saved! π
πΎ Manually Save your Login Credentials
Sometimes your browser may not automatically prompt you to save your credentials β but don't worry, you can always do it manually! Once saved, your browser will autofill your login details every time you visit, so signing in is quick and effortless.
Step 1: Open the Browser Menu
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of your browser.
Step 2: Open Settings
Tap Settings.
Step 3: Open Google Password Manager
Under Passwords and Autofill, search for and open Passwords or Google Password Manager.
β Creating Credentials
Step 1: Add a New Login
Click Add Password to create a new saved password.
Step 2: Enter Your Login Details
Fill in the form with your IoT Pro account details, then click Save.
Username: Your IoT Pro account email
Password: Your IoT Pro account password
Notes (optional): Add any notes if needed
Step 3: You're All Set!
Next time you visit the IoT Pro login page, your details will be filled in automatically β just click Log In! π
βοΈ Modifying Credentials
Step 1: Find your Saved Credentials
Use the search bar at the top of the page to locate: iotsolutions.com.mt
Step 2: Edit your Credentials
Look for and open: iotpro.iotsolutions.com.mt
Step 3: Modify login Details
Update your username, password, or notes as needed, then press Done to apply your changes.
Step 4: Automatic Login Fill
Next time you visit the IoT Pro login page, tap the Username or Password field.
Youβll be prompted to use your saved credentials. Press Sign inβyour updated details will auto-fillβthen click Log in.
