The Alerts section provides a comprehensive guide to all alerts available across the different asset types in the system.
Here, you will learn what each alert monitors, when notifications are triggered, and how alerts help you respond quickly to important events. Alerts are designed to keep you informed about conditions that may affect safety, performance, efficiency, or operational continuity.

Alert Parameters
Typical Alert Parameters
You may be asked to configure one or more of the following:
Over Threshold — triggers an alert when the value rises above a defined limit
Under Threshold — triggers an alert when the value falls below a defined limit
Delay Value & Unit — defines how long the condition must persist before the alert is triggered (minutes, hours, or days)
Time Window 1 — set a start and end time when the alert is active
Optional Time Window 2 — define a second active time period if needed
Active Days — choose which days the alert should be active (e.g., Monday–Sunday)
Common Settings Available for All Alerts
Important: WhatsApp, SMS, and Voice Call notifications are usage-based and subject to available credits. Once the allocated limit is reached, these notification methods will stop sending alerts until additional credits are added.

Active Alarm — enables or disables the alert
Notify on Clear — sends a notification when the alert condition returns to normal
